Coldstream BreweryColdstream Brewery is the brainchild of five friends, who dreamed of owning their own brewery, 3 years was spent undertaking extensive renovations on the building and constructing a custom built microbrewery on this former wool shed and most recently antique shop. The restaurant & bar opened for business in June 2007, with brewing operations commencing on site in January 2008. Today Coldstream Brewery offers a unique experience blending delicious food with boutique beer. The brewery invites you to participate in our excellent brewery tours and beer tastings. Tours of the brewery are conducted each weekend day at 11am by our highly trained staff, and we offer the exclusive experience of tasting our products in our custom built microbrewery while learning how we accomplish the delicate process of brewing premium beers. Tastings are available all day every day in our bar and restaurant. |
