We work closely with some of Victoria’s finest producers, many of which are located literally next door. Our cheeses are made by our neighbours at the Yarra Valley Dairy – except for the Shaw River’s perfect buffalo mozzarella from the Western District.
The Mt Zero olives we use grow in a biodynamic, self-sustaining grove. We bake our own bread every morning. The list goes on.
Beautiful produce that simply speaks for itself.
