The distinctive menu, using the freshest produce of the Yarra Valley, has been developed by our Master Chef, Louise Fergusson, gold medallist in Europe’s Culinary Olympics and graduate of Anne Willan’s prestigious La Varrene in Paris. On most days you will see her lovely, smiling face serving at our carvery.
If indoor dining is not for you then you can always dine alfresco style on the outdoor deck located just outside our cellar door. Enjoy a glass of wine with family and friends, share a cheese platter or enjoy a cup of freshly brewed coffee or tea.
Naturally our Menu does change and there will always be some slight changes due to seasonal availability and quality of produce at the time of the year.
